GFM Raya Open House — Event Consulting, Production, Photography & Videography

A corporate open house has to work on several levels at once. It needs to feel welcoming to employees, organised for management and presentable to guests, partners and future audiences. Our role combined event thinking with media production so the live experience and the visual record were planned as one project rather than two separate tasks.

The photography coverage included the arrival experience, branded photo opportunities, management and guest moments, staff interaction and the atmosphere of the ballroom as the programme developed. Video coverage followed the same principle, capturing the event as a corporate celebration rather than only a sequence of formal photographs. The resulting content is structured for practical business use: internal communications, corporate social media, event recap content, presentation decks and future event planning references. The project demonstrates how Nadi Harsa can combine event consulting and production with on-site photo and video coverage under one engagement.
