Menu photography has one clear job: help the customer understand what they are ordering before they arrive at the table. The visual treatment therefore prioritised clean presentation, clear portions, recognisable ingredients and compositions that remain effective at both full size and thumbnail scale.
The shoot was designed as a practical content library rather than a single hero image per dish. Photography can support menu listings, digital ordering environments, in-store displays and social media, while video content extends the same dishes into short-form marketing and social storytelling.
