The evening combined a themed corporate dinner with the moments employees actually remember: stage performances, the host, best-dressed participation, giveaway activities, lucky draws and the interaction of ROCA teams gathered in one room. The brief was therefore not just to record the stage, but to document the people and energy around it.
Our photography moved between wide venue coverage, stage and LED visuals, portraits, performances and candid staff moments. Video coverage complemented this with moving sequences that help communicate the atmosphere and scale of the celebration after the event has ended. For a corporate celebration, strong documentation becomes part of the organisation's culture archive. This project created a visual record for internal communication, social content and future company storytelling while preserving the character of the event itself.
